1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current at all times. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and pjc reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, pjc's liability shall be limited to the value of the affected bet or transaction. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit pjc's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. 10. Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Philippines and in the English language. pjc's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

11. Amendments and Termination

pjc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pjc will endeavour to notify registered players through the platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. pjc also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulation, or if we determine that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
